The Esq. Collection: Founder's Edition

Due to the bespoke and personalized nature of the Founder's Edition, including hand-embossing and made-to-order packaging:

  • Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. Please email sales@thelawyerspot.uk with your order number to request a cancellation.
  • Non-Refundable: Beyond the 48-hour cancellation window, all sales are final, and no returns or exchanges can be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@thelawyerspot.uk. Include your order number and photos of the issue for evaluation. Upon approval, we will provide a replacement.

For the Classic Edition, which is crafted to deliver quality and elegance without personalization:

  • Returns Accepted: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@thelawyerspot.uk for a replacement or store credit.

The Commercial Awareness Journal

The Commercial Awareness Journal is designed as a practical tool for legal professionals and students:

  • Returns Accepted: Unused journals in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@thelawyerspot.uk if your journal arrives damaged or defective. Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

The Heritage Notebook

The Heritage Notebook is an heirloom-quality product, meticulously crafted to the highest standards:

  • Non-Refundable: Due to its bespoke nature and limited availability, all sales are final.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your notebook arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery at sales@thelawyerspot.uk. Include your order number and supporting photos for evaluation. Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

General Guidelines for Returns

  • Condition: Returned items must be in unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Process: To initiate a return or cancellation, email us at sales@thelawyerspot.uk with your order number, item name, and reason for the request. Approved returns will include instructions for shipping your item back to us.
  • Refunds: Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Exclusions: Personalized, altered, or used items (outside the 48-hour cancellation window) cannot be returned or refunded.
